Here is a post it note holder. You can get instructions at craftsbybeth.blogspot.com. I made a template on MTC, which made things a lot easier.
Last year, a customer said she needed a calendar with the pad, so I bought calendars for them. I use the velcro dots for closures, putting the fuzzy one on the top. It comes apart alot better when installed that way. These items are a good way to get rid of scrap material.
